What are the results of The One campaign so far?

As I understood this campaign started in 2004 and I would like to know what has been done so far? How much funds have been raised, how the goverment reacted to this, what the gov. will do related to global poverty as a result of the campaign, what The One did with the funds that have been raised? Also, when the campaign will end? What is the role of the NGOs involved?
