Will former President Bush endorsing McCain hurt or help his campaign?

It is evidence that McCain is a Republican. It will help shore up the far right to some extent. Don't forget, Bush still has better than a 30% approval rating. That's almost 1/3rd of the country that thinks he's doing a good job.

I haven't seen a perfect candidate in my lifetime (and I remember Kennedy) but McCain is best suited this time around. He's conservative and he's proven he can work with the liberals. That's what Obama promises, but we have no proof he could actually do it.

McCain: Mr. Action

Clinton: Business as usual

Obama: All show, no go? Who could know? Will former President Bush endorsing McCain hurt or help his campaign?
If we all fully agreed, life would get pretty boring. This election year has been very exciting, due to a great extent by the diversity of opinion.

It would be better than an endorsement from congress considering that congress's approval rating is even loser
It will help as long as he does not do it too often and does not appear with him often.
why am i thinking McCain's last name is secretly Bush all of a sudden?
the biggest dumb president endorsing an other dumb candidate = no words for this one
