It sounds like a sympathy ploy to make him look good and cover up the fact that he has to go to Hawaii because of the Birth Certificate lawsuits.





He hasn't seen her in over a year, he never spends any time with her even prior to running for President.


But suddenly he has to go see her, even though most people would go right away if their grandmother/mother was ill and they had their own private plane and endless resources and staff.
No,it's because she is sick.


This question is so typical of the whole Republican campaign.I don't think I have ever known anybody run such a negative campaing as McCain has done.
He doesn't have to do that. He HAS family values unlike McCain and Palin.

If she doesn't die for another 15 years, it could be a ploy of some kind. If she's really about to die, it would make this a stupid and insensitive question. Even if he didn't care about his grandmother (which I guess could be true, hypothetically), people would denigrate him for not leaving the trail to go see her.

YES!!! It was reported 2 days ago and NOW he is leaving? Hello?? If you are THAT close to a family member, there is NOT a 2 day wait. You get on a plane and you LEAVE.
